插床的工作台有三种不同方向进给(纵向、横向及回转),由伺服电机驱动高精度滚珠丝杠控制,加工件经过一次装夹后可连续在机 床上加工几个面,其中X、Z轴(纵向、横向)可以实现联动断续进给, 适用于单个 或小批量生产。

用途与特点: 系列插床用于加工各种工件的平面、成型面及键槽等,适用于单件和小批生产。本机床的启动与停止用一多片离合器控制,滑枕的往复运动通过曲柄杆机构实现。工作台具有纵向、横向和回转自动进给机构及保险装置。在工作台的纵、横回转方向上设有快移机构。工作台的回转设有分度机构,可按分度表选取所需的分度数。
Being designed for cutting various plane, formed surface and key way of workpiece, the machine is suitable for single piece or small batch production. The start and stop of the machine are carried out by a multiple-disk clutch and the reciprocation of the tam is achieved by a crank connecting link. An automatic mecha-nism for vertical, horizontal and rotary feeding together with its safety device is provided on the table. And there is also a rapid motion device for vertical, horizontal and rotary motion of the table which is equipped with an indexing gear for rotary motion.

The slotting machine with hydraulic feed is the closed feed that turns back when the work is finished. Therefore, it is better than the drum feed adopted by mechanical slotting machine.

整滑枕、滑架在旋转的托槽内左右转动0 ~ 15°,便能插削- -些特例的工件,因此更广泛的扩大了插床的加工范围。例如:插削内圆锥体、

本数控插床是我厂在设计、生产普通插床的成熟经验基础上研究、开
发的新一代插床,是具有较高自动化程度的插床,
适用于插削各种中、小零件的键槽,可以通过编程实现对圆周阵列排
列的键槽自动加工,大大提高机床的工作效率。
本机床适用于插削各种中、小零件的键槽。
插床的主切削运动是由齿轮的圆周运动通过摇柄滑块机构而转换成的
直线运动,采用四挡变速,传动平稳,超程小,启动和停止灵活,节省能源。
机床采用凯恩帝数控系统,交流进给伺服驱动单元,性能可靠。
机床工作台有纵向轴、旋转轴两轴数控控制、橫向轴手动控制以及纵
向轴、橫向轴、旋转轴三轴数控控制两种类型,采用燕尾导轨,机床具有
足够的刚性,精度保持性好。数控控制轴均采用交流进给伺服电机直连滚
珠丝杆控制,采用编码器反馈间接测量。

1、本系列数控插床为三轴数控控制插床,能实现x、Z两轴(纵向、横向)联动断续进给,可加工各种弧面、等分及不等分键槽;
2、液压传动设有安全阀,实现过载保护,超负荷使用时过载起作用,从而保护安全生产;
3、主切削运动实现无级调速;
4、液压自动拾刀可靠,刀具不易磨损,提高了刀具的使用寿命,液压自动压紧机构通过油缸压紧刀架,不使刀杆过重而产生让刀现象,
从而在加工过程中提高了工件的光洁度和精度;
5、滑架倾斜角度可在0-10°范围内调整;
